When you use the Service we process: account identifiers and API tokens you provide; usage metadata (endpoint, model, timestamps, token counts); payment records received from our payment provider (transaction id, amount, currency, status). We do not process card numbers or other full payment credentials — those are handled by our payment provider.
Data is used to operate the Service: authenticate API calls, meter usage, process top-ups, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We share minimum necessary data with: our payment provider (Paddle) to process and verify transactions; model/API providers to serve requests. We do not sell personal data.
Usage and payment records are retained as required for billing reconciliation and legal compliance. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
